For the southern area Italy, civil government first started joining births, marriages, and you can fatalities when you look at the 1809 (1820 for the Sicily). Within the main and north Italy, municipal membership began inside the 1866 (1871 into the Veneto). After that day, the majority of those who lived-in Italy was in fact submitted.
